It's Keiran's birthday but unfortunately his best friend has to bail on him. Fortunately, however, his best friend's mom Vanilla is more than eager to spend Keiran's birthday for him. She even goes so far as to offer him a slice of her delicious poon-tang pie as a birthday present!
